Insurance Coordinator/Treatment Coordinator

My name is Kay and I have been working with Dr. Ginsberg for over 30 years. I began as a chairside technician, but currently I am the insurance coordinator as well as the treatment coordinator. The most rewarding part of my job is watching the transformation of a patient beginning with the initial consultation and ending with a beautiful smile. Outside of the practice, I enjoy gardening, reading, and spending time with my family.

My name is Cathy and I am the Appointment Coordinator. I have worked for Dr. Ginsberg for about 10 years and really enjoy the patient interaction. I am married and have 3 children and one beautiful granddaughter. When I'm home I love to read and spend time with my family. My goal is to make everyday a great day.

My name is Michele, and I love being the office manager! I have been working for Dr. Ginsberg for over 19 years! I enjoy being part of an office that offers the latest orthodontic treatment possible for all ages. The best part of my job is meeting both children and adults and helping them decide which treatment works best for them. After work, I enjoy being with my family and playing with my grandchildren.

I'm Kristy, and I've been an orthodontic assistant for almost 3 years. My favorite part of working with Dr. Ginsberg is that every day is different and I get to meet so many different people. When I'm not at the office I enjoy riding and showing my horse on the hunter circuit, traveling internationally, scrapbooking, dinner parties, and spending time with my boyfriend.

I'm Mandy, and I have been working in the dental field for almost 2 years, and I love being a part of this office - we have such a comfortable, caring environment. Helping patients achieve a straighter, healthier smile and getting to see how just a few months of orthodontic treatment can change a patient's life forever are just a couple of the things I love about working as an orthodontic assistant. When I'm not at work helping to create great smiles, I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with family and friends. I have a fox terrier/boston terrier named Zeus, and I enjoy taking him hiking, camping, and to play disc golf. He loves spending all his time outside!

We are also looking forward to expanding our family!

I'm Sherri, and I have been working on Dr. Ginsberg's team for over 10 years. My title is Financial Coordinator, but I assist Dr. Ginsberg as well. I started out working after school in the lab, then chairside assisting, and now I am able to put my Math degree to use by helping with financials! Outside of work, I enjoy my 3 children and expecting my fourth shortly!
